Kachugsky District (Russian: Качугский райо́н) is an administrative district, one of the thirty-three in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.

[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Kachugsky Municipal District.

[7] The area of the district is 32,000 square kilometers (12,000 sq mi).

[3] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Kachug.

[10] The population of Kachug accounts for 40.3% of the district's total population.
