Say It... You're In Love) is a 2000 Indian Hindi-language musical romantic thriller film written, directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan.
He and his younger brother Amit are orphans who live as tenants to an elderly Christian couple, Lily and Anthony.
Through his job, he meets Sonia, the daughter of a rich businessman, named Saxena, who is friends with his boss, Shakti Malik.
Soon Sonia's best-friend and Shakti's son Atul invites them to join a cruise ship where Sonia keeps getting jealous of the female attraction Rohit gets and she too starts flirting with Atul to make Rohit also jealous, causing them to drunkenly argue, fall into a lifeboat, and pass out.
They keeps indulging into numerous arguments due to Rohit getting irritated by Sonia's mischievous nature in troubled situations also.
On the evening of his first concert, he goes to pick up Amit from school and inadvertently witnesses the murder of a police commissioner by Malik and two corrupt police officers, Satish Shinde and Dilip Kadam, after the commissioner confronted them about their illegal drug dealings and gets brutally attacked but escapes.
The corrupt cops now following Saxena's orders brutally pushes him off a bridge into the sea after his bikes breaks down during the chase.
Initially shattered about the fact that his face tortures Sonia he eventually decides to win her love and bring back her smile.
Raj performs and the plan smoothly works until he starts revealing the details which Amit told which leads to it getting backfired as the disguised culprits first attempt to shoot him, which he survives by wearing body armor and they later kidnap Sonia.
Raj, following their instructions, arrives at their lair, where he rescues her and kills Shinde and Kadam, avenging Rohit's death.

A racy script, excellent product values and taut editing result in a storyline that keeps the audience hooked throughout.
The music is also good, especially the title song and numbers such as "Ek Pal Ka Jeena" and "Chand Sitaare".

Most of the songs were sung by Lucky Ali, Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik meanwhile Kumar Sanu, Babul Supriyo and Asha Bhosle too having singles with Narayan and Sanu singing distinctively for character Rohit in first half of the film while Ali and Supriyo singing distinctively for character Raj in second half.
