JK Chikuhi Line Karatsu Station (唐津駅, Karatsu-eki) is a junction passenger railway station located in the city of Karatsu, Saga Prefecture, Japan.
This station is outsourced to JR Kyushu Service Support and a Midori no Madoguchi staffed ticket office.
With the privatization of Japanese National Railways (JNR), the successor of JGR, on 1 April 1987, control of the station passed to JR Kyushu.
[4][5] In fiscal 2020, the station was used by an average of 1616 passengers daily (boarding passengers only), and it ranked 89th among the busiest stations of JR Kyushu.
