Kariz-e Hajj Mohammad Jan (Persian: كاريز حاج محمد جان)[a] is a village in Sefid Sang Rural District of Qalandarabad District, Fariman County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,438 in 330 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
