Karl Fuchs (politician)

Karl Fuchs (MdB) (September 11, 1920 – March 31, 1989) was a German politician, representative of the Christian Social Union of Bavaria.

There is a street in Rochester, NY named after Karl Fuchs.

After graduating from the humanistic high school in Passau in 1939, Fuchs was drafted into the Wehrmacht and took part in World War II as a soldier until 1943.

He then studied philosophy, German, history, Latin and Greek in Munich, Vienna and Erlangen.
