Karla Guilfú

Karla started a Community Organization for mental health in Puerto Rico called Comencemos a Sanar Inc. to help people struggling with this illness through education projects, agency collaborations and grassroots initiatives .

[1] Her hard work and dedication was recognized with a $12,000 donation from the Voice for Change Award of Miss Universe and Citalks.com a A social impact enabling platform.

This achievement marked Puerto Rico's second-best result at Miss Supranational since Valeria Vázquez won the title in 2018.

Guilfú's performance was exemplary, and she was also recognized with the titles of Supra Top Model of the Caribbean and Miss Elegance during the competition.

This achievement placed her among a select group of Puerto Rican women who have consistently placed in the semifinals of Miss Universe, starting from the country's streak in 2018.
