Kashanak (Persian: كشانك)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Almeh Rural District of Samalqan District, Samalqan County,[b] North Khorasan province, Iran.

[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,807 people in 886 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
