Kathryn Fagg

Kathryn Joy Fagg (born July 1961) is an Australian chemical engineer and board director.

[3] After working for some time as a petroleum engineer, Fagg undertook postgraduate studies in organisational behaviour,[3] earning an M.Com.

[4] After graduation, Fagg began worked as a petroleum engineer at Esso Australia in oil and gas fields in the Bass Strait,[3] from 1983 to 1989.

[8] On 16 December 2019 Fagg was appointed director of the National Australia Bank, a position still current as of April 2024[update].

[4] She was elected president of CEW, to serve a two-year term from November 2016, succeeding Diane Smith-Gander.
