Kauã Morais Vieira dos Santos (born 11 April 2003) is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Santos started playing football at the age of five.

He made his debut on 14 September 2024 against Wolfsburg and helped the team to a 2–1 win.
