Kelsey Creek is a rural locality in the Whitsunday Region, Queensland, Australia.

[1] Kelsey Creek Provisional School opened on 30 January 1895.

[4][5] In July 1915, the Bishop John Feetham opened St Luke's Anglican Church.

[6] The bishop returned in July 1933 to re-open the church following damage from a fire.

It was north-east of the school at at approx 21 Silver Creek Road (20°25′38″S 148°28′33″E / 20.42728°S 148.47582°E / -20.42728; 148.47582 (St Luke's Anglican Church (former))).
