[4] She attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Siebner studied industrial and systems engineering,[5] despite having severe ADHD.

[4] In college, she swam for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, and was named to the 2008–09, 2009–10, 2010–11, and 2011-12 Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

[4] At the 2013 Maccabiah Games, she won two gold medals swimming for Israel, in the 100m butterfly and the 400m freestyle relay team, which set a new Israeli record.
