Kheyrabad (Persian: خير آباد)[a] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Semnan County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 3,022 in 802 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
