Khokholsky District (Russian: Хохо́льский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the northwest of the oblast.

The area of the district is 1,451 square kilometers (560 sq mi).
