Kihlepa is a village in Pärnu municipality, Pärnu County, in southwestern Estonia.

Kihlepa is the location of a pig farm that accommodates 2,800 pigs.

It is owned by OÜ Lõpe Agro and produces pigs for Rakvere Lihakombinaat.
