Kilmichael is a town in Montgomery County, Mississippi, United States.

U.S. Route 82 runs through the northeast part of the town on a four-lane bypass.

Mississippi Highway 413 leads southeast from Kilmichael 16 miles (26 km) to French Camp.

The Big Black River, a tributary of the Mississippi, passes just south of the town limits.

23.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
