Knutstad Chapel (Norwegian: Knutstad kapell) is a chapel of the Church of Norway in Vestvågøy Municipality in Nordland county, Norway.

It is an annex chapel in the Borge parish which is part of the Lofoten prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland.

The white, wooden chapel was built in a long church style in 1915.

In November 1941, the local priest made plans to upgrade the building to that of a full annex chapel.

On 30 January 1944, the new chapel was officially consecrated for use by the local provost Skjeseth.
