Kościelniki Górne-Janówka [kɔɕt͡ɕɛlˈniki ˈɡurnɛ jaˈnufka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Leśna, within Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.
