Kochlöffel (literal English translation: "cooking spoon") is a German fast-food restaurant chain.
Its product range includes hamburgers, chicken, bratwurst, currywurst and french fries with their signature turquoise plastic fork resembling a cooking spoon.
Martha and Clemens van den Berg drove expansion in the 1970s and 80s.
Their daughter Julia and her husband Torsten Hessler took over in 2010, together with Mrs van den Berg is the manager of the restaurant chain.
