Koczała [kɔˈt͡ʂawa] (German: Flötenstein)[1] is a village in Człuchów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.
[2] It lies approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) north-west of Człuchów and 115 km (71 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
Koczała was a royal village of the Polish Crown, administratively located in the Człuchów County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
[3] During World War II the Germans operated a labor camp for prisoners of war from the Stalag II-B prisoner-of-war camp in the village.
