Kohneh Jolgeh[3] (Persian: كهنه جلگه) is a village in, and the capital of, Kohneh Jolgeh Rural District of Shirin Su District, Maneh County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

[4] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,422 in 319 households, when it was in Shirin Su Rural District of Maneh District[a] in Maneh and Samalqan County.

[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,010 people in 467 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
