Kristal Awuah (born 7 August 1999) is a British track and field athlete who competes as a sprinter.

She finished fourth in the 60 metres at the 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow with a personal best time of 7.15 seconds.

[2][3][4] Awuah claimed two national age group gold medals at the England Athletics U20 and U23 championships in Bedford in June 2021.

[7] In July 2023, competing at the British National Championship in Manchester, she reached the final in the 100m and finished fourth overall.

[9] In April 2024, she was selected as part of the British team for the 2024 World Athletics Relays in Nassau, Bahamas.
