Krysztof Dariusz Bieryt (born 17 May 1974 in Nowy Sącz)[1] is a Polish slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1990 to 2009.

He won a gold medal in the C1 team event at the 1999 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in La Seu d'Urgell.

He also won two silvers and a bronze at the European Championships.

[2] Bieryt competed in three Summer Olympics, earning his best finish of eighth in the C1 event in Beijing in 2008.
