Książnice Wielkie [kɕɔ̃ʐˈnit͡sɛ ˈvjɛlkʲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Koszyce, within Proszowice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Koszyce, 17 km (11 mi) east of Proszowice, and 43 km (27 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.
