Kučiai is a village in Panevėžys County, in northeastern Lithuania.

According to the 2021 census, the village had a population of 15 inhabitants.

In 1986 the historic nearby village of Bistrampolis [lt] and the territory of Bistrampolis Manor were incorporated into Kučiai.
