Kulpsville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

It is located in Towamencin Township, which is part of the North Penn Valley region that is centered around the borough of Lansdale.

As of the 2010 census, the CDP was 83.2% Non-Hispanic White, 4.6% Black or African American, 0.0% Native American and Alaskan Native, 8.0% Asian, 0.5% were Some Other Race, and 1.8% were two or more races.
