The amount of seawater required, which accounts for approximately 90% of the total water volume, will be provided entirely by artificial seawater produced by Taisei Corporation's high-performance filtration system, which designed and constructed the aquarium.
The construction cost is approximately 6 billion yen (total investment not disclosed).
