Léo Kemner Laflamme

He was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, United States, the son of Edmund K. Laflamme and Célina Blais.

[2] Laflamme moved to Canada in 1898 and was educated at Commercial College in Montmagny, the Quebec Seminary and at Université Laval where he attained a Bachelor of Arts.

Laflamme also partially owned the Levis newspaper La Laurentienne.

Laflamme was defeated by Armand Lavergne of the Conservative Party in the 1930 election.
