LA-38 Jammu and Others-V is a constituency of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly which is currently represented by Chaudhary Mohammad Akbar Ibrahim of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

Only refugees from Jammu and Ladakh settled in Pakistan are eligible to vote in this constituency.
