La Vaupalière (French pronunciation: [la vopaljɛʁ]) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

A village of forestry, farming and a little light industry, situated some 6 miles (9.7 km) northwest of Rouen, at the junction of the D267, D43 and the D94 roads.

The A151 autoroute passes through the commune's south-eastern section.
