Lake is a town in Price County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 1,319 people, 531 households, and 395 families residing in the town.

There were 843 housing units at an average density of 9.5 per square mile (3.7/km2).

The racial makeup of the town was 98.33% White, 0.15% African American, 0.23% Native American, 0.23% Asian, 0.15% Pacific Islander, 0.08% from other races, and 0.83% from two or more races.

21.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
