Lalitha (16 December 1930 – 1982) was an Indian actress and dancer.

[1] She started her acting career in the 1948 Tamil film Adhithan Kanavu[2] and has acted in movies of different Indian languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu.

She was born to Thangappan Pillai and Saraswathi Amma on 16 December 1930 at Thiruvananthapuram.

[citation needed] She is the aunt of actress Shobana.

Actress Sukumari was the trio's maternal first cousin.
