Lars Peder Brekk

Lars Peder Brekk (born 8 October 1955) is a Norwegian politician for the Centre Party.

[4] He worked as a secretary for the Norwegian Fisheries Association from 1982 to 1984, then as a divisional leader until 1986.

From 21 January to 17 March 2000, he was Minister of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs in Bondevik's First Cabinet.

On 20 June 2008, Brekk was appointed Minister of Agriculture and Food in Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet.

[2] From 1993 to 1997, and 2003 to 2011, Brekk served as the first deputy leader of the Centre Party.
