It features participants cooking dishes with particular criteria assigned by celebrity chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, who judges the dishes alongside Bharti Singh, entertaining the viewers.
Initially, the show was scheduled as a filler series of sixteen episodes until it was replaced by Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 in the weekend timeslot.
However, it was well received by audiences with strong ratings, and was extended by shifting to a weekday timeslot.
