Lebenice

Lebenice (pronounced [lɛbɛˈniːtsɛ], German: Lebeniza[2]) is a former village in central Slovenia in the Municipality of Lukovica.

Lebenice is a small high-elevation settlement on the northern slope of Kamnec Hill (elevation: 862 meters or 2,828 feet) above Motnik.

[1] It lies north-northwest of the main hamlet in Hribi.

Lebenice appears in older sources in Slovene as Lebenize[4] and Levenice.

[10] Lebenice was annexed by Hribi in 1953, ending its existence as a separate settlement.
