Leisure Village West-Pine Lake Park is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Manchester Township, in Ocean County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.

For the 2010 census the area was split into two CDPs, Leisure Village West and Pine Lake Park.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 9.8 km2 (3.8 sq mi), all of it land.

[4] At the 2000 United States Census, there were 11,085 people, 4,891 households and 3,135 families residing in the CDP.

32.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 27.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
