Leland, Illinois

Leland is a village in LaSalle County, Illinois, United States.

[3] The village was named for John Leland Adams, the Postmaster.

According to the 2021 census gazetteer files, Leland has a total area of 0.53 square miles (1.37 km2), all land.

[5] As of the 2020 census[7] there were 951 people, 405 households, and 267 families residing in the village.
