Les Valls de Valira (Catalan pronunciation: [lez ˈbaʎz ðe βaˈliɾa]) is a municipality in the comarca of the Alt Urgell in Catalonia, that surrounds the south and south-west border of Andorra.

It includes a small exclave to the south-east.
