Li Mengwen (Chinese: 李梦雯; pinyin: Lǐ Mèng Wén; born 28 March 1995) is a Chinese professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Women's Super League club West Ham United, on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion, and the China national team.

On 2 September 2022, she joined French club Paris Saint-Germain on a season long loan deal.
