Lilli Pilli is a small suburb in southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

Lilli Pilli is located 26 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the Sutherland Shire.

In 1840, parish maps also showed that 20 acres (8.1 ha) of land on the point were owned by Francis Mitchell.
