Linda Nelson Murray

Linda Nelson Murray is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has been a senator for the Industrial and Commercial Panel since January 2025.

She is originally from Navan but now lives in Kilmessan with her husband Finbarr Murray, and their two children.

Linda’s parents, Frank & Imelda Nelson both deceased had a furniture business in Navan for many years.

She and her husband own an activity centre in Navan and it was through this that Linda began fighting for insurance reform and became a strong advocate for small businesses.

She was an unsuccessful candidate (obtaining just under 6200 first preference votes) for the Meath West constituency at the 2024 general election.
