Line 9 (Shanghai Metro)

On December 30, 2017, the line's east extension, consisting of 9 stations from Middle Yanggao Road to Caolu, entered operation.

In the early hours of November 7, 2010, at around 1:50 AM, a pressurization incident occurred at Shanghai Jianhua Concrete Pile Co., Ltd., located at 2033 Husong Road.

Following the incident, Hechuan Road Station was temporarily closed to allow authorities to manage the situation, and normal operations resumed at 9:16 AM.

Some critics expressed concerns, arguing that the existing security measures may not be capable of preventing such a violent act.
