Lyubov Sokolova (volleyball)

She was a member of the national team that won gold medals at the 2006 and 2010 World Championships in Japan, and silver medals at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

[4] Sokolova won gold medal at the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship with Fenerbahçe, and 2 gold medals at the CEV Women's Champions League, 2004-05 with Radio 105 Foppapedretti Bergamo and 2011–12 with Fenerbahçe .

[5][6] In May 2016, Sokolova announced her retirement from sports,[7] but in December 2017 she returned to play for Dynamo Krasnodar.

In February 2021 she was appointed as the general manager of the Russian national team.
