Lipchanka (Russian: Липчанка) is a rural locality (a khutor) and the administrative center of Lipchanskoye Rural Settlement, Bogucharsky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia.

In the 19th century the village was part of Krasnozhenovskaya volost, Bogucharsky Uyezd, Voronezh Governorate.
