List of Swedish Swimming Championships champions (women)

This is a list of women's champions of the Swedish Swimming Championships, the annual swimming championship in long course, usually held outdoors in the Swedish summer.

Records of women's events go back to 1910 in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and various relays and medley competitions.
