List of United States senators from Rhode Island

Rhode Island ratified the United States Constitution on May 29, 1790 and elects its U.S. senators to class 1 and class 2.

The state's current U.S. senators are Democrats Jack Reed (since 1997) and Sheldon Whitehouse (since 2007).

Claiborne Pell was Rhode Island's longest-serving senator (1961–1997).
