The list of shipwrecks in November 1944 includes ships sunk, foundered, grounded, or otherwise lost during November 1944.

The Mount Hood-class ammunition ship exploded and sank at Seeadler Harbor, Manus, Admiralty Islands with the loss of all 350 crew on board, as well as 82 crew of USS Mindanao.

Thirteen landing ship mediums were sunk, as well as eight smaller vessels.
