[1] The second-tallest skyscraper in the city is the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, which rises 542 feet (165 m).

[2] As of Dec 2024, there were approximately 275 completed buildings of 100 feet and taller in the city, according to the urbanplanet.org Nashville chapter database (and using Emporis figures).

It was announced in February 2019, with the previous building demolished and ground breaking expected in September 2019.

Since 2000, Nashville has seen two urban construction booms — one prior to the Great Recession of 2008 and the other from 2015 to 2023 — that have yielded multiple high-rises.
