The Lithuania men's national under-21 basketball team (Lithuanian: Lietuvos nacionalinė vaikinų jaunimo iki 21 krepšinio rinktinė), is the representative for Lithuania in international basketball competitions, and it is organized and run by the Lithuanian Basketball Federation.
