Little Falls is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Gorham in Cumberland County, Maine, United States.

It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Little Falls is located at 43°43′53″N 70°25′32″W / 43.73139°N 70.42556°W / 43.73139; -70.42556, along the Presumpscot River.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.2 km2), of which 1.2 square miles (3.0 km2) is land and 0.12 square miles (0.3 km2), or 7.87%, is water.
