The album was produced and arranged by Larry Marks;[4] the orchestra was conducted by Jack French;[4] the art direction was by Roland Young;[4] the photography was by Guy Webster;[4] and color technique was by Sandra Darnley.

The songs and their original track listing (as well as the album cover in the booklet) were included as part of the 2008 collection The Complete A&M Recordings.

The critic from Billboard magazine wrote that Minnelli's electrifying performance at the Paris show was captured effectively in the album recording.
